Skeeter Eater
Locally Owned Utah Mosquito Control Experts
Skeeter Eater was born right here in Utah to solve a simple problem: mosquitoes shouldn’t ruin backyard time with family and friends. As a division of Big League Lawns, we bring years of trusted service and deep knowledge of Utah’s climate and outdoor pest challenges.
Unlike national franchises, we’re truly local. No out-of-town call centers, no one-size-fits-all treatments – just personalized mosquito control designed for the Wasatch Front.
We help Utah families take back their yards from mosquitoes and biting pests. Our goal is straightforward: create safe, fun, bite-free outdoor spaces so you can enjoy BBQs, birthday parties, and quiet evenings without swatting or scratching.
Local Expertise
We know Utah mosquitoes – where they breed, when they peak, and how to keep them under control season after season.
Advanced Protection
Every visit includes targeted backyard mosquito control spraying for immediate relief plus In2Care® traps to stop breeding at the source. That’s long-lasting protection other companies can’t match.
Friendly, Trusted Service
As a division of Big League Lawns, we’ve already earned the trust of thousands of Utah homeowners. Our team is part of your community, not a franchise sending strangers to your yard.
Tailored to Families
Our solutions are pet- and pollinator-friendly, tough on mosquitoes but designed for kids, pets, and backyard living.
We started Skeeter Eater because we were tired of watching families – including our own – avoid their yards in the summer. Store-bought sprays and one-off foggers weren’t cutting it. By combining professional spraying with innovative In2Care® technology, we created a system that actually works in Utah’s unique environment.
Today, we proudly protect households across dozens of Utah communities, including:
Ogden • Bountiful • Layton • Syracuse • Salt Lake City • West Jordan • Saratoga Springs • Lehi • Orem • and more.
Behind every treatment is a friendly, local crew committed to giving you the best service possible. We’re homeowners, parents, and Utahns just like you. When you call, you’re talking to someone who lives here – not a call center.
Utah born. Locally owned. Nothing franchised — just smarter, family-friendly mosquito control that actually works.
Here’s what local families think.
This is the second season we are using Skeeter Eaters and it's been amazing. It really reduces and nearly eliminates the mosquitos in our yard. My kids are very reactive to mosquito bites that sometimes required urgent care visits, I used to be up in the night with kids who couldn't sleep because of relentless itching. Now we rarely have any bites at all and they are usually from being at the park or a neighbors! Plan to use their services forever.
Christian does an awesome job! We’ve had great results and loved being able to use the yard more without all the bites!
Skeeter Eaters makes this a fantastic personal experience. They don’t just perform a service and send me a bill. They actually reach out to discuss the best options, solutions, timing, and do it with a very customer friendly approach. Thanks to Quincy for our latest service and discussion!
This is helped tremendously with mosquitoes. Christian does a great job treating the yard. We noticed almost immediately a decrease in mosquitoes when we are outside in the evenings. I love that they will come back and spray again if we notice more between treatments.
Christian and Quincy were great, explained the issues I was having and options. Great service
We switched to Skeeter Eater last spring and the mosquito control in our yard with their treatment, PLUS the added mosquito trap, has been amazing!! I’ve tried 3 other companies, by far they have been the best and highly recommend giving them a try. My tech Christian is very nice and helpful if I have any questions, plus they always make sure my gates are securely closed when leaving. All their employees are! ONE of the other best parts is…they are super respectful of my “do not knock sign” I put out if my grandbabies are sleeping 😊
